Children are the future voices for our oceans and now, partnering with parents and educators, we offer free educational resources that can be implemented to any curriculum. Here, parents and educators can find lesson plans, worksheets, assets and more educational fun to dive in to the world of our oceans and teach our youth how to protect it for future generations to come.

Each lesson plan was put together by our team of volunteers, including parents, teachers, educators, marine biologists and conservationists. Click on the link to access downloadable resources.

We are turning classrooms into waves of change for our ocean’s future.

Our Saving the Seas team travels across the globe, from Australia to Paraguay, Argentina, and Guatemala, donating Mermaid Elle: Saving the Seas books to schools and libraries, and helping educators integrate ocean literacy into their curriculum.

Through our Ocean Literacy Program, we provide free lesson plans, activities, and creative resources that connect imagination with environmental action.

These visits and donations make ocean education more accessible. We believe this is one of the most powerful solutions to protecting our planet’s future educating and inspiring children to understand their role in caring for the ocean that sustains all life on Earth.

Through storytelling, science, and imagination, we’re making ocean literacy accessible in classrooms everywhere and nurturing the next generation of Ocean Heroes.
